I am Curtis, a registered nurse with an active multistate compact license, working in home health case management.

My perspective is practical rather than theoretical. I carry a case load, assess patients in their homes, and then document each visit — start of care, resumption of care, routine, PRN, recertification, discharge, and telecom.

MyPrechart came directly out of that work. Documenting a full day of visits meant restating the same clinical reasoning again and again, often late into the evening. I built a tool that turns a short post-visit summary into a structured narrative the nurse reviews, edits, and approves.
